9. Cookies and the Meta Pixel
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies to remember your preferences, understand how you use our website, and improve and measure your experience.
We also use the Meta Pixel, a small piece of code on our website provided by Meta (Facebook / Instagram). The Pixel records actions such as visiting a page or submitting a form, and shares this information with Meta so we can measure the results of our advertising, optimise our campaigns, and reach similar audiences. This may involve Meta setting cookies and processing your data on our behalf and for its own purposes.
Cookies and the Meta Pixel that are not strictly necessary are only used with your consent, which we ask for through the cookie banner on our website. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time through the banner or your browser settings. Refusing non-essential cookies will not stop you using the website, though some features may work differently.
10. Data Security
We protect your information by using secure, reputable platforms (such as GHL and Meta Business), limiting access to authorised personnel only, regularly updating our systems and security measures, and training our team on data protection.
11. International Transfers
Your information may be processed outside the UK when we use providers such as Meta and GoHighLevel. Where this happens, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement (IDTA) or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, so that your data receives an equivalent level of protection.
12. Changes to This Policy
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will publish any changes on our website and update the "Last Updated" date above.
13. Complaints
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, please raise it with us first at evan.adflux@gmail.com. We will acknowledge your complaint within 30 days and do our best to put things right. If you are still not satisfied after we have responded, or you have not heard back from us within 30 days, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO), the UK's data protection regulator: website ico.org.uk, helpline 0303 123 1113.
